Jessy Morgan
Coach
Jessy Morgan is a leader, coach, and advocate who has dedicated her career to advancing lacrosse and athletics at every level. A former All-American and NCAA National Champion at the University of Virginia, Jessy went on to build an impressive coaching career. She served as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at George Mason University (2014–2021), where she was named A10 Coach of the Year in 2019, and also held coaching positions at Howard University and the University of Virginia. Currently, she coaches the U19 USA Lacrosse team, serves as an ESPN color commentator, and is a proud member of the Baltimore Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
Beyond lacrosse, Jessy has been a multi-sport athlete and coach, with experience in volleyball and basketball, and now serves as Athletic Director at Garrison Forest School. In this role, she oversees athletic programming, coach development, and sports initiatives across all grade levels.
Jessy is also deeply engaged in nonprofit and community leadership. She has served on the boards of USA Lacrosse, the Greater Baltimore Hall of Fame, and Jack and Jill of America, and has been an activator with Brave Enterprises, leading workshops on confidence and leadership. Her community involvement includes supporting initiatives like Morgan’s Message for athlete mental health, collaborating with Baltimore’s sports organizations to grow opportunities for youth, and contributing to the Baltimore WNBA expansion effort.
With her extensive background in athletics, leadership, and community engagement, Jessy brings invaluable expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, partnerships, and youth development to the Global Lacrosse Foundation Advisory Board.
